The purpose of this survey is to get your opinions about Tri-County's development of a network of providers for mental health services in Liberty, Montgomery and Walker Counties.

You may not realize this, but Tri-County is both a provider of mental health services and the overseer of those services. The state would like for us to find more individuals and/or organizations that are willing to serve as the provider of these services

Local Planning and Network Development is a planning process mandated by the State of Texas for all MHMR Centers. The goal of the planning process is to develop a plan to find additional individuals/organizations to provide services; this is done so consumers in our system can have a choice of mental health service providers.

Tri-County will use the results of this survey, information from meetings with stakeholders, and other community input to develop a 2 year Network Development Plan. Your opinion is a significant part of this process and very important to us.
